FGS represent a small group of diverse investors who have been investing across Australia for decades, and who saw the potential of the Plainland region some 20 years ago and developed many of the acreage lots in Regency Downs and Glenore Grove that are ready for further subdivision today.
Since 2006, population growth in the Lockyer Valley has exceeded the rest of Queensland by 20% and Plainland has become a growth hub. So in 2015 we embarked on a further program of subdivision, but in a way that resolves many of the usual obstacles found by ourselves, builders, and other developers.
Through years of experiencing what land owners, investors, home owners and tenants want, we built a team of property managers, business managers, agents, earth movers, planners, and other team members with specialist competencies.
Our experienced planning team have developed streamlined processes to address the evolving and nuanced requirements of local council. This is essential to managing timelines to give our investors the best experience of achieving their desired results with the least amount of unexpected issues.
