Here’s how we can help
We can develop your land, depending on its size and other variables, into several titles subject to the requirements and approval of the Lockyer Valley Regional Council.
We can also build one of several specifically designed homes we have available for all newly created titles.
If you want to keep those homes, we can arrange for them to be tenanted and professionally managed.
If you want to sell those new homes, we have a proven strategy for that as well.
The Process
Developing your property can take from six months to a year or more, depending upon complexity and zoning requirements. We will:

Ascertain if the property is suitable for development and if it is feasible and viable.
What are my other options?
Naturally there are associated costs when developing land. If you prefer not to carry these costs, we may offer to buy your site from you outright (subject to our own due diligence).
